• Third time I got pulled over today. I was coming outta IVY Tech parking lot going the quicker way (people always take the closest route) because there is no stop sign. when I get to the T where the stop sign is I "speed up" in order to make a little noise from my car to warn the stop sign people that I'm coming and once I get up to that point I see the SUV officer. Crap. He immediately he turns his lights on and gets behind me as I go past him. Hooray, I say to myself, just what I need. I do the whole thing about me having a Ohio licence and having "just moved" (I have lived in Richmond for over a year now). He lets me off with a warning and told me he could have charged me with reckless driving and speeding and that I could have gone to jail. So no speeding in parking lots for me any more. Highway from now on, lol. I don't think he had any authority in that parking lot any way, even though the speed limit was posted. He was there to just scare people.
